My enthusiasm for yoga and strength training began when I first noticed how much impact it had on my life.

​

Both disciplines gave me the tools that I needed as a young mother juggling the demands of family and work, to achieve physical strength, emotional stability and confidence.

 

That's when I realized that both disciplines offer more than just physical benefits.

​

Through my own personal experience, I understood that in order to teach and train others to lead their best life, I had to learn to lead my own.

 

I work from a place of integrity where I stay true to my knowledge and aim to do better each day. Discipline, faith, hard work, patience, engagement and connection are just some of the values that govern who I am and what I do.

I am most grateful for the learning opportunities and collaborations with some of the best teachers and individuals in the yoga world and fitness industry.
