Corporate Yoga

Long work days take a toll on the body, specially if they are spent sitting or doing strenuous movements. A yoga class to begin or split the day is a great way to invigorate the body and mind.

As the workdays get longer and household chores take up more time, having a yoga class accessible to the employees at work during the workweek makes taking time for their well-being more feasible.

Tania teaches weekly and bi-weekly classes in companies during the lunch hour. Employees attend the classes regularly and see noticable improvement to their well-being.  

​

Rates vary according to location, number of participants and number of classes taught per week.​
